According to the diary of Charles B. Douglass, Colonel William H. Young of the 9th Texas was in Richmond, VA in April 1864 and brought back four Army of Northern Virginia pattern battle flags for the four Texas regiments in Ector's Brigade. Image is of a generic 6th Bunting issue ANV flag. |
